In our continued efforts to better end-user services, and thanks to our impressive growth, we are currently in the process of increasing our network bearer speed in conjunction with our ISP. During this time however, our existing network may experience some troughs in speed whilst our technicians alter system settings to allow for these improvements.
We hope you are able to appreciate our need to carry out this work, and can be patent in waiting for full use of the improved network. You will be contacted directly when further information becomes available.
On top of baseline network improvements, expect to see a number of product and service additions in the very near future. These have been explored further in our February 1st blog post, seen here.
